Holiday Hostess Gift Idea

I guess it’s official now: I’ve made it into the pantheon of real food bloggers—I received my very first product for review!!  Don’t worry though, I can’t be bought. Listening Le Creuset? Seriously, though, this clever new concept called GraTRUEities cards lets you express your pleasure (or displeasure) with the service you’ve received. The size of a business card, GraTRUEities come with pre-printed praise such as, “The best service I’ve seen since Wimbledon” or blank so you can write your own comments.
GraTRUEities Tip Cards

There are plenty of occasions when I’ve loved a dish and sent my regards to the chef through a server, but I know in the rush of working in a restaurant my praise rarely gets repeated. With these cards I can be sure my message is received. And there are certainly times when I have been unhappy with the service but it wasn’t bad enough to make a fuss over. These cards offer me a private way to let a server know why they’re getting a less-than-stellar tip.

At $10 for a pack of 52 cards, I think these cards would make a fun hostess gift or stocking stuffer for the foodies in your life. You can buy a pack (or 2) at WorldPantry.com.
